Do you offer local pickup?

Sure do! Customers in the Phoenix metropolitan area can pick up their purchases in  Gilbert AZ. Just choose the Local Pickup option in the cart and contact  us through the form on this site to arrange pickup. If you are in Wyoming currently pickup would be during the summer season. (Its much cooler in Wyoming in Summer!)

Do you offer international shipping?

Please contact us directly prior to purchase through the form on this site if you are interested in international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our work, so if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within a week of receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and item must be received in original condition to receive a refund.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please send photos of the box and damaged item to receive a refund.

What else should I know?

Our ceramic work is microwave and dishwasher safe, unless otherwise noted in the description. Handwashing is best though.

Measurements of size and volume are approximate.

​

All of  our work is handmade, and minor imperfections may exist.

​

Pottery is about the process the love, the feel, and the patience to see what develops though the whole process.

​

Perfection is impossible in handbuilt or thrown pieces of pottery; it is what makes it unique, just like us humans there is no perfection.
